involving a missing 13-year-old girl, tonight she back home with her family after missing for three days. a family member found her in san jose today at 11:00 a.m. she left her home sunday morning and spotted getting into a car with three males. a search was launched after she failed to get in touch with family and friends. 17-year-old high school student has bib identified as -- been identified as the bike rider hit and killed by a suv last night. he was riding his bike before 7:00. he was rushed to the hospital where he died. the driver of the car stayed at the scene and cooperating with police. city college of san francisco seen a drop in enrollment for the spring semester. enrollment is down 26% or 2,000 students compared to last year. officials say there are three

governor jerry brown's approval ratings are up, they are the highest since 2011. according to our ktvu poll. the governor's numbers are up 7 points since july. 58% approve of the job he is doing. 33% disapprove. 9% had no opinion. back in july 51% approved. 33% disapproved and 16% had no opinion. governor jerry brown hasn't said if he plans to run next year. two republicans have announced their candidacy. 52% say they would vote for governor jerry brown. 25% are undecided.

were a total lack of communication from b.a.r.t. >> we can understand being in a situation like that, in the middle of a tunnel, train is not moving, you see the operating doing something, it is concerning and we always want to give every bit of detail we have but sometimes we don't have all the details at the moment. >> reporter: passengers say no announcement was made. john sasaki, ktvu channel 2 news. the man accused of killing a tsa agent last month at los angeles international airport had his first appearance before a judge this morning. paul ciancia did not enter a plea. paul ciancia's first appearance was delayed because he has been recovering in the hospital after being shot by officers.
